Once your farm is live on Melvea, you can display our "Listed" badge on your website. It lets customers know you're part of our directory and makes it easy for them to find your full profile, honey variations, and story. Use it in your footer, about page, or social media.
Yes, absolutely. Listing your farm on Melvea is free, forever. We never charge farms to be listed. It's our mission to build the most comprehensive directory of American honey producers.
Use the "Claim an Existing Listing" tab at the top. Search for your farm by name. If you find it, click "Claim This Farm" to fill out our quick claim form. This lets you verify and update your information directly with us.
We review submissions within 48 hours. Once approved, your profile goes live immediately on Melvea and appears in search results and the Terroir Map for your region.
Yes. You can update your listing anytime. Just email us at hello@melvea.com with any changes — new honey variations, photos, contact info, websites, etc. We'll update your profile within 24-48 hours.
No. A website is optional. Many farms list with just a location, description, and contact information. If you have a website or social media, you can add it, but it's not required.
We welcome new farms and startups. Melvea is open to all legitimate honey producers, whether you've been operating for 50 years or just started this season. Tell us your story and we'll get you listed.
